In June 2023, I received the devastating news of being diagnosed with ALS. We have been fortunate enough to be surrounded by so much support from family and friends ever since! I can’t express the amount of gratitude Garrett and I have felt in the last year for all the love and prayers that we have received.
With the physical and emotional toll this disease has taken on our family, we have had many people reach out asking how they can help. This support registry was requested as a gathering place for those seeking to support our family to be able to find options to contribute. More than anything we are asking for your continued love and support to Garrett, myself, and our two boys Theo and Weston, but we are more than grateful for anything else that you feel that you can contribute.

ALS, or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that weakens muscles and impacts physical function.
In this disease, nerve cells break down, which reduces functionality in the muscles they supply. The cause is unknown. The main symptom is muscle weakness.
Medication and therapy can slow ALS and reduce discomfort, but there's no cure.
There are some amazing foundations such as the Gleason Foundation and the ALS clinic at Emory Healthcare that have helped us navigate this disease. Contributing to their cause would also mean a lot to us.
