How You Can Help Tucker Right Now
Together, we can give Tucker the opportunity to continue growing stronger. If you can’t donate that’s perfectly fine! The biggest contribution you can make is by praying for Tucker! For continued growth and strength, for opportunities to continue to come and for his therapist to have the knowledge to help him!
We are fundraising to give Tucker access to life-changing, out-of-pocket therapies that are not covered by insurance, including:
- Stem Cell Therapy – $8,650 (not including travel or lodging)

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) – $14,000
- Laser Light Therapy Intensive – Approximately $6,500
- Laser to do therapy at home - $8,000
Tucker’s Story & Why These Therapies Matter
Tucker is an incredible 11-year-old who has already overcome more than most people face in a lifetime. Born prematurely and later diagnosed with infantile spasms, Tucker went on to develop Cerebral Palsy (CP), Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI), and Epilepsy. Through every challenge, he continues to amaze us with his strength, determination, and joyful spirit that lights up every room he enters.
Recently, I attended a medical conference where I learned about new and promising therapies that could make a meaningful difference for Tucker. Many families of children with similar medical challenges have seen encouraging outcomes through these treatments, giving us renewed hope for Tucker’s continued progress.
Stem Cell Therapy
Tucker is hoping to receive stem cell therapy again later this year. This therapy has already played a meaningful role in his development and overall progress. Following two previous treatments, we have observed clinically relevant improvements, including:
- Increased overall muscle strength
- Improved core stability and trunk control
- Better head control and postural alignment
- Increased cognitive engagement and responsiveness
These gains have been observed both at home and by members of Tucker’s therapy and medical team. The cost for this treatment alone is $8,650, not including travel or lodging.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
We are also exploring Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and hope to travel to New Orleans to work with Dr. Paul Harch, a world leader in this field. HBOT has shown potential benefits in brain healing, seizure reduction, and overall quality of life. This therapy costs $14,000, and we have been putting every dollar we can toward making it possible.
Laser Light Therapy
In addition, we are actively searching for a provider who offers laser light therapy, another promising treatment that may support Tucker’s neurological and physical progress. A laser light therapy intensive can cost around $6,500, which is another out-of-pocket expense.
At this time, we don’t know which or how many of these therapies we will be able to complete this year. We are sharing Tucker’s journey in hopes of seeing what support may be possible and to give him every opportunity to continue building on the progress he is making.
Unfortunately, these therapies are not covered by insurance, and the costs—along with travel and lodging—add up quickly.
Your support helps make these opportunities possible and allows Tucker to continue accessing therapies that strengthen his body, improve his endurance, and open doors to greater independence. Every contribution, no matter the size, truly makes a difference.
