Hello, dear family and friends.

On June 1st, our world changed forever. What was supposed to be one of the happiest days of our lives became a moment filled with fear, uncertainty, and prayers when Xavier had to be delivered by emergency C-section due to unexpected complications. 

From the very beginning, Xavier has been a fighter. Born far earlier than expected, he entered this world so small but with a strength that has amazed us every single day. Instead of bringing him home and starting the journey we imagined, we have spent our days beside a NICU bed, watching our son fight battles no baby should ever have to face.

Xavier has needed breathing support, blood transfusions, and constant monitoring from an incredible team of doctors and nurses who are helping him grow stronger each day. Every little milestone - every breath, every ounce gained, every step forward - is a victory we celebrate. While Xavier continues to fight, our family is facing the reality of a long NICU stay that may continue throughout the rest of the year. 

Being present for him means countless hours at the hospital, frequent trips back and forth, gas expenses, meals away from home, and the everyday necessities that add up during this unexpected journey. We are asking for help because our greatest priority is being there for Xavier, holding his hand, encouraging him, and being present for every moment of his fight.
