Help the Romero Family Rebuild After Devastating Flash Flooding
On Tuesday, July 20th, our dear friends Vanessa, Pablo, Haddie, and Micah Romero experienced a devastating loss when flash flooding completely engulfed their home. The floodwaters rose through the basement and into the first floor, leaving catastrophic damage throughout the entire house.
Nearly everything inside was destroyed. While they have flood insurance, it does not cover the contents of their home, meaning they are now faced with replacing countless essential belongings out of pocket. The flooding ruined their furniture, personal belongings, washer, hot water heater, flooring throughout the home, and Pablo's garage, which contained many of the tools and supplies he relies on for work.
Most heartbreaking of all, the flood also destroyed Haddie's specialized medical equipment, adding another significant burden during an already unimaginable time.
The Romero family has always been there for others, and now it's our turn to be there for them. We are asking our community to rally together and help ease the financial burden as they begin the long journey of rebuilding their home and replacing the necessities they lost.
