Help Meadow Reach Her Full Potential
At just 27 months old, Meadow has already overcome more than most people face in a lifetime. After being diagnosed with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE), every milestone she reaches is the result of incredible determination, countless hours of therapy, and parents who refuse to stop believing in what's possible.
Lindsey and Dillon are wholeheartedly committed to giving Meadow every opportunity to thrive. They know that early intervention matters, and they're doing everything they can to maximize the window of neuroplasticity while her brain is still developing. Every therapy, every exercise, and every small victory is helping Meadow build strength, confidence, and independence.
One of Meadow's biggest goals is learning to walk independently. Specialized walking devices have been instrumental in helping her make progress, while ongoing therapies continue to strengthen her core, balance, and coordination.
One treatment that has made a remarkable difference for Meadow is laser therapy. Having access to a laser device at home would allow it to become part of her daily routine, but the cost is approximately $6,000 to $7,000 and is not covered by insurance.
Her family is also pursuing additional therapies with the greatest potential to support brain healing and development, including:
β’ Stem cell therapy: Approximately $8,500 to $25,000 per treatment, depending on the clinic.
β’ DMI (Dynamic Movement Intervention) intensives: Approximately $5,000 to $15,000 per intensive. Because DMI is most effective while children are smaller, Meadow has a limited window to complete as many intensives as possible before she outgrows the program.
Unfortunately, none of these treatments are covered by insurance. Yet for children with HIE, time matters. The earlier the brain receives the right stimulation and therapies, the greater the opportunity to build new neural pathways and unlock future potential.
If you'd like to support Meadow's journey, every donation, share, and word of encouragement helps. Most importantly, it reminds Lindsey and Dillon that they are not walking this road alone.
They'll be sharing updates here as Meadow continues to grow, celebrate milestones, and inspire everyone who follows her story. Thank you for being part of her village and believing in all that's still possible for this sweet little girl.
