A little Meadow update 🌼

We have some really good news to share!

At our most recent appointment with the doctor who evaluates Meadow for cerebral palsy, we were told that so far, she is not showing signs of CP! We will return in six months to reassess. Her doctor was so happy to see all the progress she has made, and we know that progress wouldn’t be possible without the ongoing love, support, prayers, and donations from all of you.

Next month, we head back for another therapy intensive! Meadow will complete 20 sessions in just two weeks. These back-to-back, high-frequency sessions focus on repetition, helping her brain and body build new connections and strengthen emerging skills. Alongside her weekly therapies, these intensives have been one of the most successful approaches for Meadow when learning something new.

Today, though, I’m tired. And if I’m being vulnerable, I’m sad that she’s not walking independently yet.

I won’t lose hope. I believe with my whole heart that she will get there. But it’s hard when something feels so close, yet still just out of reach. We work so hard, every single day. She gives it everything she has, and I do too.

Her knees are raw, and so is my heart.

Some days, hope and heartbreak exist in the same breath. Today is one of those days.

But tomorrow, we get up and keep going. Because Meadow has already shown us time and time again what she’s capable of.

Thank you for continuing to follow her journey, for cheering her on, and for helping us give her every opportunity to thrive. We appreciate and love you all more than words can express. πŸŒΌπŸ’›

Thank you so much Everyone who is supporting our sweet Meadow Rainn. Prayers, words of encouragement, support financially and being apart of her village is very much appreciated! We are thankful and proud of Linz and Dillon! Linz and Dillon are amazing parents! Never giving up on Baby Girl. Meadow is working so hard. So close to walking and swimming.
