Basic house duties ?

For the most part I am managing, however the more I do, the more I am injuring my shoulder. Technically I should not be doing dishes, scooping cat boxes, taking out trash, or any other thing that requires heavy lifting. Right now we are managing, but I know post surgery I will need to restrict myself much better.
