Hello family and friends,

I’m reaching out with an open heart and a need for support. My world turned upside down after I faced a tough year of breast cancer treatment, and I am still dealing with chronic pain. At 43, I'm working to start anew after going through severe domestic violence that has left me homeless with just my service dog, Priscilla, by my side. Despite searching for help, I can't find a DV shelter that accepts my loyal companion, and this leaves us without a safe place to call home. My urgent need now is to gather enough resources to find secure housing far away and start fresh without the fear of the past finding me again.
