Meet Riley. She’s a bright and beautiful 9-year-old girl who loves being outdoors and exploring the world around her. Riley was diagnosed with TRIO, a rare genetic disorder that has impacted her both physically and intellectually. Despite these challenges, she brings so much light, curiosity, and joy to everyone who meets her. For Riley, access to the world isn’t just about fun—it’s about connection, growth, and independence. Her parents, Nicole and Michael, are raising funds to get Riley the Kari Stroller by Mobility and Access, a specialized adaptive stroller designed for children who need extra support. This stroller provides comfort, safety, and stability when Riley becomes fatigued and allows her to stay part of family adventures near and far. The cost for the stroller is rounghly $9,000, and unfortunately, insurance will not cover it—a reality far too common for families needing adaptive equipment. Having the Kari Stroller would mean Riley could join her family on long walks, spend more time enjoying the outdoors she loves, and even safely join her family at the race track, one of their favorite places to be together.
