I'm reaching out to share a little about Toby. Toby is 22 years old and navigating the difficult path of living with several mental health challenges, including BPD, CPTSD, BP2, MDD, ADHD, and GAD. Despite these challenges, Toby is doing their best to manage daily life. While there is no rush in urgency, your support and encouragement can make a big difference in Toby's journey with mental health, treatment resistance, and chronic pain.
