I live with a rare genetic condition called vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (vEDS). It makes my blood vessels and connective tissue dangerously fragile, creating a constant risk of vascular events and mobility limitations.

I live with a rare genetic condition called vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (vEDS). It makes my blood vessels and connective tissue dangerously fragile, creating a constant risk of vascular events and mobility limitations.
Over the years, I’ve survived a heart attack, cerebral aneurysms, and repeated health crises. I take daily medications, manage chronic pain and fatigue, and carefully pace my days. I can no longer do physically demanding work, but I’ve built a life around creativity—writing, consulting, and storytelling.
Right now, I need stability to bridge from survival into sustainability. Support will help me cover housing and health-related expenses, so I can focus on finishing my first novel, growing my audio storytelling consultancy, and creating community-centered projects.
