I am writing this myself, attempting to be the strong & unintimdated wife I was before. I apologize for any errors or mistakes as I write & rewrite this 100 different times.

It is with inconsolable pain & regret I come to inform our friends, family, & community that on Monday, June 29th, 2026 my incredible, incomparable husband, the love of my life for over 12 years & the boy I've known since we were 14 years old, William Robishaw succumbed to a fatal car accident in early morning fog on his weekly commute to work. He did not suffer, he felt no pain.Β

After 10 years in the Marine Corps, spent between countless states & over 7 countries, he took the opportunity to bring us back home to Ohio in October, 2025 to be with our families. To truly start our lives together.

Wil was a dedicated husband, Marine, lineman, and 'father' to our fin, feather, & fur family. His patience, his kindness, his presence improved every life he entered.

If you knew him, you knew laughter. You knew resilience. You knew trust, consideration, passion, name any trait the best person you can imagine would have. That is my Wil. That is my hero.

I write this with as much dignity as I can muster: I will lose our home on a single income. Our home we tore apart & rebuilt together. The fence he worked building every weekend for 3 months. The corn cob from the field he cast in concrete to set a post. The drywall we (barely) learned to install. The flooring planks I cut wrong that he installed anyway because they were mine. The last pieces I have of his labor of love. I can't lose any more.

I have never been good at asking for help. I am stoic & stubborn. I am a pain in his ass. But now I am also desperate.Β

Please, if you are able, help me save what's left of our life. Thank you.

All the love I have left to spare,
Mrs. Alicia Robishaw
