My children and I have been living in survival mode for far too long.
I am a disabled single mother of three, including an autistic homeschooled teenager, and I am trying to hold my family together through severe financial hardship, medical and dental needs, housing instability, transportation problems, and an ongoing family-court case.
Right now, I urgently need help with safe housing, reliable transportation, medical and dental care, groceries, and qualified legal representation.
I have spent years putting my children first, delaying my own care, stretching every dollar, and trying to solve each crisis as it comes. But there is no safety net left. My credit is exhausted, my health has suffered, and my children have had to carry burdens they should never have had to carry.
I am not asking for luxury. I am asking for stability.
A safe home. A working car. Food in the refrigerator. Proper medical care. An attorney beside me in court. And enough breathing room for my children to focus on building their own futures instead of worrying about whether our family will make it through the next emergency.
I am doing everything I can to rebuild and become more financially independent, but I cannot fix every part of this alone.
