Need Moving belongings

We had to downsize when we were forced to move from our home of over five years and our storage unit payment went from $114 to $234 in less than a year. I need help finding a cheaper place and the manpower and equipment needed to move our things. I want to sell as much stuff as I can but I’m just not physically able to right now.
