Family court lawyer!!?

I have been in and out the courtroom a couple times a year since I filed for separation in 2014. I have had two lawyers that ONE, didn’t fight for me and my children though she got paid every cent that my estranged husband should have been ordered to pay from 2014 to December 2019. I then paid another lawyer retainer and Covid happened and during that year, he decided not to continue practicing family law and I couldn’t afford a new lawyer. Family court has refused to hold my estranged ex accountable for the financial responsibilities that he is more capable than I am of paying. He refuses to pay court ordered insurances for me and the children so I have paid for even his insurance since 2019. He is also behind on his legally agreed upon Christmas money since 2018 and is in arrears in over $43k in alimony and child support. I REALLY need a lawyer that is well versed in military family law and even if they aren’t, it’s pretty straightforward and we have had a final separation order signed, sealed and delivered in January of 2017 that has never been followed for any consistent or consecutive time since. My oldest two have been working full time, while giving up their hopes and dreams, and just being able to be kids so they could work and help provide for our family so we didn’t become homeless. They deserve to not worry each month how we are going to pay whatever bill because had my estranged ex JUST paid the bare minimum, consistently, things would have been so much different for them. My estranged ex makes really good money and he receives said amount partly because I stayed married to him and because of our children as dependents. My twins could still have good insurance had they been in college or if my estranged husband paid the tricare young adult premiums that he could afford but I can’t. And our daughter so desperately needs some diagnostic tests in excess of $4,500, with her work insurance and some other medical expenses she has. As well as my dental health that needs attending to. He has also refused renewal and or getting our military id’s for myself and the children which would have afforded us access to any base with their discounts and activities that go along with having the military ids, and it serves as medical insurance cards. I’ve had to use my id that expired in 2017.
