This is Kevin. I'm writing to you from my hospital bed with a request for my wife, Erika, and our children. Erika has been incredible throughout my battle with lung cancer. Ever since we met when we were 18, she has always put others first, caring for the kids she teaches/coaches/volunteers for, her grandmother with dementia, our children, and now me. As my time comes to an end, Iβm asking for your support to help Erika when I am no longer able to. Our family needs help urgently. Erika would never ask for help herself, but she will truly need it to support our children and manage the household. If anyone deserves your kindness and help, itβs her.
