Hello family and friends!
We are reaching out to ask for your support as Jase Jones and his family are facing a life-changing medical challenge. Twelve-year-old Jase is critically ill and dealing with multiple serious health issues. His heart rate and blood pressure were dangerously high when he arrived at the hospital, and he needed immediate help to stabilize his condition. Doctors discovered that Jase has a kidney disease called Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), which has badly damaged his kidneys. Right now, he requires dialysis and ongoing treatment as his team works on a plan for a kidney transplant.
Jase's treatments are placing a significant financial burden on his family, with expenses for travel, meals, and missed work adding up. We hope to ease these burdens so they can focus on Jase's care and recovery. Your support, prayers, and positive thoughts are deeply appreciated by Justin and Jacqui during this difficult time. 08/19/2026 update- it has been discovered that Jase and now his younger Brother Ethan, both have a genetic mutation called Alport Syndrome. This type of mutation causes total kidney function loss at some point early on and inevitably requires a kidney transplant. Because of Jaseβs trials he has helped his brother to not go through such a severe path. Ethan will begin medication to help extend the life of his kidneys but he will need a transplant in the not so distant future.Β
