Wednesday 8/19/2026 midday update. Jase has had his dialysis on his new line and we should be going home today to start adjusting to our new schedule. In other news, we have discovered that Ethan also has Alport Syndrome. He is believed to be in stage two of kidney function loss. We will have a follow up with doctors this Friday to start a plan for him. Ultimately, he will have to undergo a kidney transplant at some point. The good part is we have caught it earlier and we can prolong some kidney function and monitor him better. Once again, thank you all for the prayers and support. The road will be long and winding but we got it!
