Hello, family and friends!
We're reaching out to you with a heartfelt request for support. Kaden Freeman, a bright and brave 6-year-old, has been diagnosed with four extremely rare and life-threatening genetic disorders and bone marrow failure syndromes: SAMD9L syndrome, monosomy 7, pediatric myelodysplastic syndrome, and aplastic anemia. These rare diseases were all diagnosed in a span of just 27 days, and our family needs help to make sure Kaden receives the care he needs.
