On the weekend of July 5th, a family who has always found so much joy in celebrating the Fourth of July experienced an unimaginable tragedy. A devastating house fire destroyed their practically brand-new home, taking with it nearly everything they owned, including their beloved two dogs and two cats.

In a matter of moments, Bill, Darby, Liam, Sully, and Kenzie lost not only their home, but countless irreplaceable memories, treasured keepsakes, and the sense of comfort and security that every family deserves.

Liam, who is currently away in California pursuing his passion for theater, lost everything he had collected and cherished throughout his life. This also includes his beloved cats.

Sully, a dedicated wrestler, lost years of hard work represented by his rings, trophies, medals, and treasured memorabilia.

Kenzie, who loves theater, singing, nail art, makeup, and expressing her creativity, lost the belongings and memories that made her room uniquely her own.

Bill is a devoted husband and father, an avid musician and guitar collector, and the owner and race director of Just Keep Running, LLC, which hosts ultramarathon events, including the well-known Hampster Wheel. His passion for bringing people together through running has impacted so many lives.

Darby is someone who naturally makes others feel seen, heard, and valued. She has dedicated herself to spreading kindness and building a community where everyone feels they belong. As if this tragedy were not enough, many of the cherished keepsakes she had from her late father were also lost in the fire, making this loss even more heartbreaking.

Today, this incredible family is facing the overwhelming task of starting over from the ground up.

We are asking our community to come together and surround them with the same love, generosity, and compassion they have so often shown others. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help provide comfort, meet immediate needs, and support them as they begin rebuilding their lives.

In the coming days, we will also be organizing a meal train and sharing information about clothing sizes and other specific needs as they become available.

If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser. Your kindness, prayers, and support mean more than words can express.

Thank you for helping remind the Bill and Darby family that even in life’s darkest moments, they are not alone.

Sully, you and your brother have been there for me in times I’ve needed support. I hope this very small donation helps. I will spread the word and help in any way possible. Feel free to reach out if you need anything.

I know you're probably getting important things first, but also feel free to get something frivolous and fun with this (like a board game)
