Moving across the country to start over was a leap of faith for our family, and while we are so excited for this fresh start, the transition has proven harder than we ever imagined.
Right now, we’ve hit a sudden, difficult hurdle. Because I’m temporarily unable to work, we are currently without any income. We poured everything we had into the costs of relocating, and without a safety net, we’ve unfortunately fallen behind on our rent.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel—I have a new job lined up—but we are in a race against time until those first paychecks arrive. We are reaching out because we need a helping hand to cover our housing and basic essentials during this gap.
