In Support of The Caudill Family

The Caudill Family
                      *Urgent Help Needed*
             - After Unexpected Family Tragedy -

To our community and anyone who can help,
My family is reaching out for assistance during an unimaginable and overwhelming time. On May 22, 2025, we suffered the sudden and devastating loss of my father, Billy Caudill, due to an undiagnosed heart condition. Just 10-days later, I lost my job of 3-years, leaving us without a steady income as we attempt to grieve.
This series of tragedies has created an immediate and urgent financial emergency. With my father passing unexpectedly without a will (Instate), I took on the role of Administrator of his Estate to protect his personal belongings for his children and grandchildren. This legal process has been complicated and financially draining, especially during a time of immense grief.
The costs of probate court and lawyer fees to resolve my father's estate have depleted our savings. A difficult, painful, unnecessary legal battle has forced us to fight for his small estate, preventing us from even entering his home across the street to grieve.
This has taken a heavy toll on our family. My children are not only grieving the loss of their beloved grandfather, but they are also witnessing their mother struggle under the weight of this crisis. It has been exhausting trying to stay strong while my heart is breaking.
The financial strain has left us unable to pay for basic necessities.  Our rent, car insurance, electric, and water bills are all past due, and every grocery trip is a painful reminder of what we can no longer afford for the children. Trips to the grocery store are heart-wrenching. My children, already grieving the loss of their grandfather, now face the heartbreaking reality of a grocery cart with only the bare necessities, and a fear of losing our home right before the holidays.
With my job search still underway and the holidays approaching, the threat of losing our home and vehicle is a constant source of fear.
A contribution from you would go directly toward creating a secure and stable environment for my children as we work to get back on our feet."
I am Not asking for help with legal fees. My plea Is for: temporary relief to cover our immediate living expenses while I secure new employment."
Your help would provide: a lifeline and elevate the overwhelming stress my family and I are facing.
It would give us: the stability we desperately need to focus on healing and moving forward.
We are grateful for any and all support you can offer    no matter how small because even the smallest                amounts can add up to help in a big way.
We also want to "Thank you" for taking the time to           read our story and for your consideration.
