Meet Summer. She is a courageous cancer survivor, living with the challenges of being on disability, and proudly embracing her identity as a transgender person. This week, Summer is facing an urgent situation and needs our collective support to get through a difficult time. Unfortunately, Summer doesn't have family to lean on, and that's why our community's encouragement means everything to her right now.
