In Support of Senior Dogs Who Need a Forever Home

My name is Lindsay, and for years I have dreamed of creating a sanctuary for senior dogs—a place where they can spend their golden years in comfort, safety, and dignity. This dream became even more personal to me because of my own senior Mastiff, Lola, who has shown me just how much love and joy older dogs have to give. Too often, senior dogs are overlooked in shelters, and I want to change that by giving them a forever home where they are truly cherished.

The sanctuary, called Lola's Potato Patch in honor of Lola, will be a specialized, barrier-free haven designed just for senior dogs. My mission is to bridge the gap in animal rescue by securing the infrastructure and licensing needed to offer medical-grade care, comfort, and peace to the most vulnerable dogs in our community. With your support, I hope to acquire and retrofit a building with ramps and non-slip, waterproof flooring, provide essential medical care, and obtain the necessary licensing to open our doors to dogs in need.
