In Support of Sam the cat

Hello family and friends, I'm reaching out to share some news about our beloved cat, Sam.

Last night, Sam had a terrible accident, and sadly, she broke two of her legs. We are doing everything we can to help her get through this, but as you can imagine, the medical bills are overwhelming. We are looking for any help or ideas on how to pay for her surgery so she can be on the road to recovery. Your support means the world to us and Sam during this tough time.

Sam's total bill for surgery was $5,500. Nationwide pet insurance has covered about $2400 of that so far. Her hind leg was amputated, but it is looking great! Her front leg has a cast/fixator on it. Unfortunately, her front leg does have some infection in it, and she is currently taking Amoxicillin and Pradofloxacin for it. Bills for bandage changes and cleaning are piling up fast, and we are already buried in debt from the surgery! Please, if anyone can help with these costs, it would be such a blessing. Her home vet is Alpine Animal Hospital in Chubbuck, Idaho. Her surgery was done at MedVet Northern Utah, in Sunset, Utah.
