We are raising $26,500 to give 2.5-year-old Noah Zwick the life he deserves. Noah is a vibrant, spunky little boy who faces daily challenges due to a rare genetic condition called MEF2C Haploinsufficiency Syndrome. This condition affects his muscle tone, development, and ability to reach key milestones. With fewer than 500 cases reported worldwide, Noah’s journey is both unique and uncertain, but his family is determined to give him every opportunity to thrive.
Noah’s story began with subtle signs. Although born healthy, he struggled with persistent colic, reflux, and delays in reaching milestones. His parents, Moriah and Adam, trusted their instincts and sought answers, leading to a genetic test that revealed his condition. This diagnosis provided clarity but left many uncertainties. Therapies to strengthen his muscles are essential for Noah, requiring time, repetition, and significant resources.
Moriah, a postpartum nurse, has reduced her hours to take care of her sons medical needs. Adam, who works in IT, supports their family as they navigate the challenges of raising a child with unique needs.

Noah needs access to specialized therapies in 2025 to help him grow stronger and achieve his potential. We want to be as transparent as possible! These therapies are crucial for his progress and development, but they come with a significant cost. Here’s the breakdown:
- Climb Intensive Pediatric Therapies (3-week intensive) – $7,000
- Craniosacral Therapy – $500
- Neurofeedback Therapy – $5,000
- In-Home Feeding Therapy – $5,000
- Brain Balance Program – $7,000
- Hippotherapy (equine-assisted therapy) – $2,000
