Hello, dear family and friends!
I'm reaching out to share that I had a serious injury at work, which has really changed our lives. I'm a single mom and a teacher who helps kids with special needs. One day, a student had a tough time, and I got hurt. Now it's hard to do things I used to do every day, like walking to the mailbox or just playing with my kids and our pets. I can’t do simple chores, and it’s tough to wait for the help I need while dealing with pain.
Life was not always easy, but I worked hard to make a good home for my kids. I overcame addiction and being homeless to get here. My son has autism and needs special therapies, and I am scared of losing what we have. The stress is making my own health issues worse, and I need help just to keep us going until the state can offer any support. It would mean everything to us if you could help in any way.
