This season of life has stretched our family in ways we never expected—but it has also reminded us just how much there is to be grateful for.
My daughter continues to make progress, and that alone is something I will never stop thanking God for. Not long ago, we were facing so many unknowns. Today, she is here, she is fighting, and she is still smiling.
Recently, she was able to watch her oldest graduate from kindergarten—a moment that meant everything to us. It’s something we once weren’t sure we would get to experience, and being present for it was a gift we will always hold close.
We still have many appointments ahead, and navigating this journey with limited resources and ongoing insurance challenges has not been easy. Balancing work, caregiving, and taking unpaid leave to make sure she receives the care she needs continues to test us. At the same time, we are working to keep up with our rent and are in need of a reliable vehicle to get her safely to and from her appointments.
Even with all of this, we are committed to moving forward—one step at a time—trusting that things will come together the way they’re meant to.
So today, we choose gratitude. We choose hope. And we choose to keep going.
If you feel led to support—we truly appreciate it. And if not, simply being here and celebrating this journey with us means more than you know.
Thank you for being part of our story.
