It is with great sadness that we share the devastating news, Mercedes Laine Southard, affectionately known as Sadie Bug’s remains were found last week in a wooded area approximately 500ft from where she was last seen 2/3/2026. Our family had been searching for her for six long months. Now, we face the difficult task of laying her to rest and supporting her four children who are left without their mother.
