In Support of Matt Childs’ Family

On Thursday 6/18/2026, my stepfather Matt Childs passed away at the age of 50 due to complications from diabetes. Matt was a loving father to three sons, two bonus children, a grandchild, and a devoted husband to his wife, Kelly. Despite facing challenges after a stroke five years ago, he made the most of his time, returning to his passion for woodworking and continuing to support the local football team. His heart was big, and he always left a good impression on everyone he met.

We have set up this registry to help supplement the lost income and cover future expenses. The funds will go towards paying for our home, starting a college fund for his bonus daughter, and managing other expenses. Your support, whether through donations or by sharing this with others, is greatly appreciated. We need your help as soon as possible.
