Dr. Niccole founded the Magic Mirror Foundation in 1987 after witnessing firsthand the amazing change that medical care can bring. While traveling to Mexico and South America, Dr. Niccole and his team of doctors treated many people who couldn’t afford help for conditions like burns, cataracts, and cleft lips. These surgeries changed lives, boosting patients' confidence and helping them live fuller lives. His experiences abroad inspired Dr. Niccole to start the foundation to also bring positive changes here in the U.S.
