Support healing Lawson!
Lawson Reed is a newly six-year-old miracle and one of three surviving quadruplets. Born at just 23 weeks, he needed immediate resuscitation. His sister, Pippa, passed away an hour after birth, while Lawson and his surviving siblings spent months fighting for their lives in the NICU.
Lawson spent over four months in the NICU, relying on life-saving interventions, including a high-powered ventilator and a heart procedure. Early brain scans showed signs of PVL, though he was never formally diagnosed.
At age three, Lawson was diagnosed with autism and brain inflammation. His family has devoted thousands of dollars and countless hours to holistic and integrative treatments to help him communicate and function more independently. He still faces significant challenges, and his care team believes Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) could be a critical next step. Lawson will be treated by Dr. Paul Harch, a world-leading medical doctor in New Orleans specializing in HBOT, which can help improve brain function, oxygenate damaged tissue, and support neurological healing.
The treatment itself costs nearly $14,000, and Lawson will also need an at-home chamber after treatment, which will cost an additional $14,000+—neither of which is covered by insurance.
Lawson’s mom, Billie-Ann, will be posting updates here—please follow, share, and support this brave little boy on his journey of healing. 💙
