Hello, dear family and friends.
Kris Novotny, who is near and dear to us, was diagnosed with stage 1 uterine cancer in July 2026. Despite initial hopes, a recent CAT scan revealed a new concern, a mass on her liver, prompting more tests. She faces surgery on August 13th to address the uterine cancer and determine if it has spread. Both Kris and her husband Russ are bravely facing cancer treatments and are unable to work. This has brought a heavy financial burden upon their family. We can take comfort in knowing that while the future is uncertain, they have a strong faith guiding them through these challenging times.
To support Kris and Russ during this trying period, we have set up a registry where you can help ease their financial stress. Whether through monetary support or gift cards, every contribution will make a difference. Please consider these ways to help:
  1. Choose from Support Registry options
  2. 'Share' to Spread the Word to family and friends
  3. 'Follow' Updates to stay informed

That is great news. I am praying for more good news about the mass on your liver. P.S. Speaking from experience, please pursue lymph node therapy.
