A New Chapter in Kimberly’s Healing Journey: The Next Phase
Over the past several months, our hearts have been filled beyond words by the love, prayers, encouragement, and generosity that have surrounded Kimberly and our family. We truly cannot express how amazed and humbled we are. You have reminded us again and again that we are not walking this road alone.
After completing an intense and transformative two-month stay at a specialized cancer clinic in Mexico, we have now entered what we’re calling the next phase of Kimberly’s treatment and healing journey.
We recently returned to the U.S. and are continuing care at a clinic in Washington, DC, where Kimberly is receiving treatment that closely follows the same integrative protocol she began in Mexico. This continuity is incredibly important for her specific ovarian cancer diagnosis and for the progress she has already made.
The treatment plan here consists of twelve primary treatment sessions at approximately $3,400 each, along with additional integrative and supportive therapies that help strengthen the body and improve outcomes. In total, this phase of care is expected to cost approximately $40,000. Unfortunately, as with her previous treatment, this care is not covered by insurance.
As so many of you know, stepping out in faith to pursue this path has already required significant sacrifice. We’ve done everything we can to steward resources wisely, and we remain deeply grateful for how God has continually provided—often through the kindness of others.
At the same time, we want to be honest about where we are. There is still a very real financial need as we continue treatment, and sharing that need does not come easily. We do so with humility and without expectation, fully aware that many of you have already given generously.

As we step into this next phase, we’ve chosen to transition from GoFundMe to SupportNow. One of the reasons this platform stood out to us is that it allows people to support us in many meaningful ways—not only financially.
We recognize that generosity looks different for each person and season. SupportNow creates space for that diversity of support, and we are grateful for an avenue that reflects the many ways people have already shown up for us.
