Hi! I’m Katie, and Jolene is the beautiful little girl in the photo with me. Jolene’s life started out ROUGH, when I was neglected during an obstetric emergency, that led to jolene being born needing resuscitation. She now has severe HIE, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, cannot swallow and an array of other disabilities.
life has had its challenges, but Jolene is fierce, resilient and ready to fight.
over the last year, I’ve really stepped back from following typical treatments and therapies and found nonconventional treatments and therapies that have helped far more than anything Typical. The only problem with these treatments, they are not covered by insurance and they are extremely pricey. However, they DO work & My daughter deserves the opportunity to receive each and every single treatment.
I understand that times are tough, and most of us can’t afford to donate anything. So we are always welcoming prayers and I would appreciate that if you can’t donate, you share this fundraiser for my daughter.
She deserves this chance at healing. She deserves a life with her family. She has siblings and two parents that love her very much, and we just want her to have the best quality of life.

It’s very unfortunate that these treatments and therapies, that have been proven to work, are not covered under insurance. And the fact that they are so pricey, makes it impossible for regular families like us to be able to afford it.
Jolene was handed such an unjust hand in life, so I will do everything in my power, as her mother, to make sure that she gains access to every single one of these treatments that can help give her a better quality of life.
