Help Me Regain My Independence with a Wheelchair Accessible vehicle or fix my accessible vehicle. 

Hi, my name is Jenn, and I'm asking for help with something that would completely transform my life.

I live with disabilities and depend on my electric wheelchair every day. My wheelchair gives me the freedom to move, but without an accessible vehicle, that freedom ends the moment I need to leave home.

Right now, my accessible vehicle is broken down, so, I don't have a wheelchair-accessible van or another safe way to transport my electric wheelchair. Because of that, getting to medical appointments, running errands, visiting family, attending church, or simply participating in my community has become incredibly difficult. Too often, I will have to miss out because I don't have reliable, accessible transportation.

An accessible vehicle isn't a luxury for me—it's a necessity. It would allow me to travel safely, maintain my medical care, be more independent, and live with the dignity that everyone deserves.

Unfortunately, wheelchair-accessible vans and the equipment needed to transport an electric wheelchair are extremely expensive. Even used accessible vehicles can cost quite a lot, making them impossible for me to afford on my own.

That's why I'm humbly asking for your help.

Every donation, no matter the amount, brings me closer to purchasing an accessible vehicle or fixing my current accessible vehicle. If you're unable to donate, sharing my fundraiser with your friends, family, coworkers, church, or social media would mean just as much. Every share increases the chance that someone who can help will see my story.
