A mother should not have to fight this hard just to have the chance to bring her baby home. ❤️

I’m asking for help for a single mother from the Philippines who is going through an unimaginable situation. When her baby was only 4 months old, the child suffered a devastating injury involving the birth father. The criminal case against the father is still moving through the legal system and awaiting grand jury proceedings.

Since then, this mother has divorced him and established a no-contact order. She has done everything asked of her—and then some—to show that she is committed to providing her baby with a safe, stable, and loving home.

She has completed parenting classes.
She has gone to therapy.
She has followed the requirements placed before her.
 And she works THREE jobs—I kid you not—to support herself and keep fighting for her child.

Yet her baby remains in the foster care system, and she desperately needs experienced legal representation to help advocate for reunification and make sure her voice is heard in court.

We are trying to raise money so she can hire an attorney and continue fighting to bring her baby safely home.
