My name is Jae Michael Hammond; I am the Father and Natural Guardian of Jeremiah Michael Hammond and Chloe Marie Hammond. Both of my children were born at Winnie Palmer Children's Hospital in Orlando, Florida, and I was present in the delivery rooms, assisting doctors and nurses in their deliveries. My children, wife, and family have always been the most important things in the world to me; this is our tragic story.

On March 19th, 2019, Jeremiah & Chloe were Internationally Kidnapped & Abducted to Singapore from Florida, USA. On January 15th, 2020, the US STATE DEPT determined that Jeremiah and Chloe Hammond had been abducted to and remain Wrongfully Detained in Singapore, as documented in official correspondence.

When tragedy strikes a family and our children are harmed, I believe it is critical to use their Names to ensure their unique suffering is truly considered and not de-personalized. Jeremiah and Chloe are Human beings—undecided, innocent yet vulnerable and defenseless—reliant upon their Parents, government institutions, & greater communities to Protect them until they come of age.
 
I do not have the funds to obtain the help we need to get the USA, Florida, Singapore & International authorities to locate, protect, and restore Jeremiah's, Chloe's, and my HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS. We urgently need your support to help us reunite & to Demand that Jeremiah's and Chloe's Human Rights be Restored.
