Life has not been easy for us, but we're determined to make it better. After losing my mom, I realized I needed to be stronger for my family. Being homeless for many years wasn't something I was proud of, but my daughter became our family's glue. She connected and cared for everyone around her. Now, she is pregnant and facing homelessness too, despite deserving safety and stability. We've come a long way and are in transitional housing, working hard to find our footing. We're so close, but we need a little help along the way.
