Meet Elise Wee, a radiant 2 year-old whose life journey began with a diagnosis of congenital cytomegalovirus (CMV) shortly after birth, leading to lissencephaly—a rare neurological condition characterized by a smooth brain surface that can cause significant developmental challenges; for a total of 7 main diagnosises that we know of at this time.

Despite these hurdles, Elise's spirit shines brightly, and her parents, Samantha and Brandon, are unwavering in their commitment to providing her with every opportunity to thrive. They have connected with Dr. Brandon Crawford, a globally recognized functional neurologist known for pioneering innovative therapies that promote brain healing. Dr. Crawford's approach, which includes advanced laser and light therapies, has shown promising results in children with complex neurological conditions, offering hope where traditional treatments have fallen short.

The path to accessing these cutting-edge treatments, along with necessary in-home therapies, regular MRIs, and visits to Elise's neurologist located two hours away, presents substantial financial challenges. With Intensive, travel and hospital appointments in this season alone they are looking at $60,000 minimum to cover current costs.  Many expenses are not covered by insurance, Samantha and Brandon are committed to making this happen for Elise.  So as their support team we are coming together to walk along side them on this journey.

This platform will serve as a space where Elise's journey is chronicled through updates from her parents. Additionally, they will share specific needs via the "Lend a Hand" feature, providing opportunities for friends, family, and compassionate supporters to assist in meaningful ways.

Your support—be it through donations, sharing Elise's story, or offering words of encouragement—makes a profound difference. Together, we can help Elise access the therapies she needs and support her in reaching her full potential.

Thank you for being a part of Elise's journey toward hope and healing.
