On September 6, 2026, our family’s world was shattered.
Donnie, just 32 years old, was senselessly gunned down following a road-rage incident. In one moment, a father, partner, son, brother, friend, and loved one was taken from the people who depended on him and loved him.
There are no words that can truly explain the pain of losing someone this way. We are left trying to process something that still doesn’t feel real while also trying to figure out how to move forward without him.
Donnie was so much more than the way he died.
Donnie was a hardworking man who took pride in providing for his family. He was a loving father to his two sons, Jaidyn and Ikeem, and he was preparing to welcome another baby into the world.
He was also one of the funniest people you could ever meet. Donnie had a way of making people laugh and bringing his energy into every room he entered. To the people who knew him, he wasn’t just a headline or a tragedy—he was someone they loved.
He was a father who should have had the opportunity to watch his children grow, celebrate their accomplishments, teach them, protect them, and be there for all of the moments that were supposed to come.
Instead, his children now have to grow up with memories of their father and stories of the man he was.

Because Donnie’s death was so sudden and unexpected, our family was not prepared for the financial responsibilities that came with losing him.
We are raising funds to help cover:
● Funeral and memorial expenses
● Burial-related expenses
● Immediate household expenses
● Support for Donnie’s children, Jaidyn and Ikeem
● Expenses connected to welcoming and caring for his unborn baby
● Other unexpected costs his family is facing after this devastating loss
Our goal is to give Donnie the farewell he deserves while also making sure his children and growing family have some support as we navigate life without him.
