Hello family and friends!
As some of you know, Dom suffered a pretty major eye injury in his hockey game on October 5th. After two weeks, a couple conflicting diagnosis, and some unreturned phone calls, Dominic has made the decision to seek additional help elsewhere.  Dom is fortunate enough to have been connected to the Wilmer Eye Institute at the John Hopkins hospital in Baltimore, where he will see a Dr who specializes in these types of injuries and surgeries.  He is traveling to the USA this week for a second opinion, and eventually, inevitable surgery in hopes of regaining his sight. This obviously comes at a greater financial cost so we are reaching out to our community of friends to help offset the financial weight of this next step.
We appreciate any and all support.
Thanks so much,
Ashley
