Hello, dear family and friends. We have a situation that needs your attention and support.
Last year, I had back surgery. On July 9th of this year, I was opening at work and literally couldn't walk, with severe ataxic gait, severe muscle twitching, insomnia, vertigo and severe fatigue. I am now in a wheelchair so I don't fall.
I followed up with my neurosurgeon and neurologist, but they are puzzled even
after extensive testing—like labs, images, a spinal tap, and a nerve conduction study—everything has come back normal. I have always lived a very active healthy lifestyle.
Now, I've been referred to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, for further evaluation and to get a diagnosis.
I need urgent help to cover essential expenses like airfare, hotel stays, transportation, and food. I am unable to drive or work and need a wheelchair to move around.
I’m also working hard in physical therapy to regain strength, but without a diagnosis, it is difficult to make any progress.
