First off, this is not a scam.  I have endless medical documentation to show what is happening to my body.  I wish this were fiction.  And I have every intention of paying it forward.

In 2019, I lost my mom to cancer.  This past May, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  After mammograms and sonograms and 6 MRI guided biopsies, I am nearing my surgery date for a right breast massectomy which will include  the removal of several lymph nodes.
The recovery time will be 6-8 weeks.  
As a single parent this is very very scary because I work for myself as a psychotherapist to support my amazing son Aaron and our 2 kitties Carmen Sandiego and Caesar Salad.  I have applied for numerous programs but find I do not qualify based on my 2024 taxes and that I was earning income the past 3 months.  My income has slowed and I will have no choice about taking unpaid time off very soon.  During this time our bills are not going anywhere so any help we can receive, I greatly appreciate it.  I don't want this to be my identity.  I want to get back to being a good mother and therapist.  Once I am better, I plan to offer some sliding scale/pro bono slots.  I just don't know when this will be.
