We are homeless and living in a hotel with very little money left due to needing to pay for the hotel room even after working all the money goes back into the room to have a roof over our heads. We are looking at needing to take legal action to help us with housing because all housing apartments that we have been on waitlists for have claimed they βlostβ all of our applications after 3 years of being on the waitlists and want us to start all over again and fill out new ones. We are also needing to take legal action against a domestic violence situation that lead us to become homeless in the first place with the person lying and putting false accusations on both of our records to prevent us from finding a place to live. If anyone has any resources or help with legal advice it would be greatly appreciated.
