Hello family and friends,
We want to share some difficult news about Branson. His recent MRI shows he has a very serious brain injury. It involves the brainstem and sections where blood flow was lost. Right now, Branson hasn't woken up yet. Doctors are hopeful because he is young, but they say recovery could take time. This kind of injury is serious, and healing is uncertain. Recovery might take months, or even longer. Branson is showing some good signs, like moving, and his eyes and gag reflexes are responding. We are waiting to learn more about his condition and what to expect next from the specialists.
Branson is an incredible young man who worked hard throughout high school and was involved in several clubs and activities. He was excited about his future and was supposed to begin college just one day after the accident.

Branson also works close to home, only about two miles away. On his way home, less than a mile from our house, he was involved in a devastating car accident. His vehicle was completely crushed, and he suffered extremely serious injuries, including a severe traumatic brain injury.

Our lives changed in an instant.

Branson now faces a long and uncertain recovery. He will need extensive rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, and possibly other specialized therapies. One of our greatest concerns is making sure that a lack of active health insurance does not prevent him from getting into the rehabilitation program he needs or limit the amount of therapy available to him.

We are raising money so that financial limitations do not stand between Branson and the best possible recovery. Donations will help with rehabilitation, occupational and physical therapy, additional therapy outside of scheduled appointments, medical expenses, adaptive equipment, and any accessibility modifications that may be needed in our home as he recovers.

There is still so much we do not know about what the future will look like. Before this accident, Branson was preparing to start college and move forward with his life. We want to give him every possible opportunity to regain as much independence and ability as he can.

Every donation will go toward helping Branson receive the care and rehabilitation he needs. If you cannot donate, sharing his story and keeping him in your prayers would mean so much to our family.

Thank you for supporting Branson during this fight and throughout the long road ahead.
We are holding onto hope and taking it one day at a time. Please keep Branson in your prayers as we wish for healing. If you want to help us, here’s what you can do:
