For years, I've been deeply dedicated to running a beloved local meat market, pouring my heart and soul into its success. But when the owner passed away after battling cancer, his son took over and changed everything for the worse. He reduced my hours and even discouraged customers from connecting with me as they used to. From the owner for years I was promised everything, he promised financial support for me and my family, he promised me the business, he promised me that he would repay the favor and leave my family something with me taking care of his store the way that i did. I gave the business nothing but financial gain for all of those years and in the long run all of his words were a lie and I was left with nothing. This difficult situation has left me motivated to open my own meat shop, where I can continue to serve the community with the quality meats they know and trust.
