Once the beneficiary has completed Stripe Connect setup, they can request a payout of their full available balance.
- Sign in to your SupportNow account
- Click Your Profile → Your Dashboard → Request Payout
When will the money arrive?
- Donations need 2–3 business days to clear before they’re available. You can check each donation’s status under the Organizer Dashboard → Donations tab.
- Standard payouts are processed within 24 hours. Expedited payouts are processed within 1 hour (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM ET) for a 2% fee.
- After processing, funds take 2–3 business days to reach your bank, depending on your bank.
Good to know
- Your first payout requires at least 3 donations, or you can complete identity verification at https://www.supportnow.org/kyc.
- Each beneficiary gets 2 free payouts in any 30-day period. Additional payouts cost 2%.
