How do I change my registry's web address?
Yes — you can update your registry's web address (URL) yourself from your registry's edit page.
- Open Edit Registry and find the URL field in the General section.
- Type your new address and save. You'll see how many changes you have left — by default each registry can change its URL once, so choose carefully.
- Some addresses can't be used: ones already taken by another registry, or reserved words the site uses elsewhere. If that happens you'll see a message and can try another.
Your old link keeps working — visitors to the previous URL are automatically redirected to the new one, so shared links and bookmarks won't break.
