Hello friends and family, I wanted to share that I have been diagnosed with a very rare sinonasal carcinoma (less than 1 in a million people). I started having symptoms of congestion and trouble breathing through my nose in late summer. Through the excellent care from ENT and testing including CT scan, MRI and biopsy I was diagnosed with cancer. I met with Oncology this week and will be having 3 rounds of chemotherapy scheduled every 3 weeks followed by a MRI. If it works, I will then have chemotherapy and radiation and if it does not work, possibly surgery as well. As my oncologist said, the goal is a cure. We are hopeful and know God is in control and always with us. Thank you for your friendship, love and prayers. Dear friends have set up this support registry for our family- we are so grateful. See message from the registry below.

We will pray that you can wear that mask without any discomfort and that it does its job…as well as the chemo! These are tough things to go through but I’m sure you are handling it as gracefully as your mom. ❤️
